Increase his rolls from 1 to 3
So long as he has at least 1 suit of the following he gains passive abilities (does not stack with multiples of the same suit)
Clubs: 10% crit damage
Hearts: 7% tenacity
Spades: all bleeds are extended by 50% duration
Diamond: his pompous attitude in his agitated state makes the enemy up to 20% more likely to use a special attack based inversely to their health
Change spades from fatigue to Armor Break
Make hearts also provide a 6% Debuff duration reduction per heart he has
Still mostly trash but… its utility trash
