Vision Special Attack Bug

I have noticed when I used my Vision AOU for arena, I was just playing through when I realised when a Special Attack is blocked for either Vision, no damage is dealt even if there is no perfect block chance. Now this may not be a problem for when you are playing with Vision but is does get annoying. Here are some screenshots for proof.

    Visions specials deal damage based on power burned. Blocked = no power burned = no damage.

    yes..if blocked no power burned thus no damage dealt

    Lol even if it hits and antman glance it? It won't power burn..that's just an additional information if u didn't know
