anybody else notice abilities triggering less?: X-23 & GP bleeds not stacking as normal, rarely over 3 stacks. GP's stun. X-23s regen. GRs judgements. Hoods stagger. All seem to be procing less, to me at least.
I have been running ROL a lot this week testing mastery setups and how they affect my commonly used champs, around two days ago abilities seem to trigger less often.
