**Mastery Loadouts**

My blocking speed is too slow after evading

After I evade or evade/dexterity my hero pauses before the block animation carries out. This leaves me open to enemy attacks.
This is a major problem for me because this is a big part of successful gameplay tactic to beat harder opponents. Yet... now it's just leaving me to get smoked by a special. Yet again I'm stuck wasting revives and health potions due to some random stupid bug.
Every champion I've tried this with is having the issue. It is not champion specific but I really need this issue to be fixed especially since parry is bugged too...
Why is user speed so slow and yet the opponents speed is sped up? Doesn't make sense. Ruins mechanics in the game.
