Nebula's Power drain is not working

As I use nebula sp pops up Power drain but opponent's power is drained

    You're right. I've been wondering why power wasn't draining after connecting with an SP1 and seeing the words Power Drain pop up, but all I had to do was read her Abilities info and there it is.
