I have used this boost against two opponents: Magik and Mephisto
From the description of the boost, it seems as if it is like Guillotine's curse.
I can understand why it doesn't affect Mephisto during his heal (He can't be harmed during it), but why is he still regening life?
Against Magik, she still regains life after limbo. According to the description, it should damage her.
Please explain.
