Recruiting for Red Hood 4 Hire (RH4H)
Do not be discouraged if you see a full roster. We may still have room available.
Not gonna beat around the bush. We are looking for dedicated members who will help to keep our alliance growing. We recommend you have at least 3 4*s at 4/40. If you have the skills to handle AQ Maps 2-3 without those champs we can consider you, but most will have a tough time with anything less. A basic understanding of nodes and how they function is a must.
We require all recruits to participate in Alliance Quest, Alliance Wars, and Alliance Events (Such as Duel Skirmish,Summoner Advancement, etc.). Working to better the alliance should be your main objective. If for some reason something comes up and you cannot participate, you must contact an officer and keep open communication.
We save every other week for Summoner Advancement. This means we do not open crystals or rank/level champs on save weeks. On spend weeks we open all crystals and rank/level as much as possible. We have been consistently earning nice rank rewards with this method, guaranteeing us 4 and 5* shards every other week.
Line communication is required. It's a free app that ties the group together. We would not be nearly as strong without it. It streamlines communication while removing the obnoxious character limits in game. It makes it easy to ask for help in game. You can also share screenshots, and we have many resources saved with tips and tricks.
