Unlike every other champ, Mephisto is immune to Coldsnap/Frostbite from Iceman. However, if you have willpower active, they still count as active debuffs for the purpose of healing him.
Jay51 has a Mephisto with Willpower as a duel target that can show this. Once his suicides end, if you have Iceman, his regen continues. If you have any other champ, it drops to the 5hp from recovery/salve.
