DV corner sp1 causing non-responsive frames

I've been hoping it would just go away, but it seems to be persisting. When I use DV and back my opponent into their corner and use an sp1, there's about a second to a second and a half of standing with no response from my inputs. This happens any game mode, Arena AQ AW qiesting, any matchup. My device is a galaxy s5. Android v6.0.1. I will try to get video today
