Hey guys, would like to know if Vision's power burn is subject to ability accuracy? Coz I noiced in arena, it doesnt work on ant man's glancing. In quest, a high PI Magneto (Red) doesnt power burn also.

Is the power burn affected by the ability accuracy of the opponent? Thanks in advance,

    Yes it is. Metal guys like Vision have their ability accuracy reduced as a passive vs Magneto. See the debuff with the Magneto helmet. Also Ant-man's glancing affects it too.
