Ok, if there were ever plans of issuing such tickets, will this be regardless if its four or five star?

    I don’t think Kabam has thought about that since they don’t plan on releasing them. I think there would be a ticket for each champ at each star level if they did ever see a need to bring them back

    Just stop spending..that’s the only way for them to issue.
    They don’t care about their mistake if they still make money.

    I know that Kabam doesnt really listen until the community stops spending. But with new content and champs coming, who could resist?

    Yeah, I dont think such plans (of giving rank down tickets) would materialize.

    Lets hope so, all we can do is hope they're honest about never seeing rand down tickets again

    They've actually said they might bring back more specific rank down tickets when a change to the champ is so severe they feel it warrants rank down tickets. So for them to keep there word would actually be to do pretty much what the OP asks for, when they nerf a champ.
