Replaying fights in MODOK’s Lab

I keep having to replay the fight in the hard level of MODOKs lab, and it won’t let me advance. I have now tried it 7 times, reloading the game, attempting on different devices (android and my iPad) but it won’t let me advance. So I had to exit the quest so I can continue to use my champs in other quests and place in war. But now I am unable to get those rewards for this 8hr period? Is anyone else experiencing this? Can I get compensated for this possibly? I have a video of this, but I am having a hard time including it in my post, will try to post in a comment below.
