Ok, so we ran into a few technical difficulties that may or may not delay your attainment of a 5* crystal. We will need to resolve these difficulties first before you can finally get your 5* crystal, but to do that, we require you to input some data in our servers. Our experts have calculated and deduced that you should generate about 4 to 5 million points in the next few 4* featured arenas and claim the rank rewards in order to input your data. If you have played enough, you should receive a 5* crystal in your crystal stash!
