Since Fox had the rights of the Fantastic Four and X-Men, will it be harder or easier for you to include these carachters in to the game? 3 Can we now expect to see the Fantastic Four in game any time soon?

This has been discussed a lot already, but the abbreviated version is:
1. Fox only had the rights to produce and distribute movies based on the FF and X-Men. They did not have any other rights, as evidenced by the fact those characters do show up in other games and of course the comic books themselves. Marvel always had the right to authorize MCOC to use them any time they wanted.
2. Marvel Entertainment, the entity that presumably controls those rights, in the past may have been reluctant to promote those characters when they did not have the ability to control and profit from the movies based on them. However, that was when Marvel Entertainment controlled all the other movies, by virtue of controlling Marvel Studios. In 2015, Marvel Studios was removed from Marvel Entertainment by Disney (who owns all of Marvel) and placed it under Disney Studios, outside the control of Marvel Entertainment. Marvel (Entertainment) now no longer really controls the movies at all, whether Marvel Studios makes them or Fox Studios makes them or any other Disney controlled entity makes them.
3. To the extent that the buyout means anything, it is unlikely to be executed fully for a year or more, and details still have to be worked out, especially with government regulators.
Short answer: maybe, but nothing much has changed in the short term.
