Its been literally minutes since my last poll, so here we go again! Seriously, Frank-Strange f-me-up coz I didnt know he was there, so looking for advice going forward please

    I like the fact with my vision AOU once i get heal block I can keep refreshing it with sp1. Also Venompool's bleed coupled with heal block is nice. Overall, AA and gully are my favorites for it

    Y'all forget that not only does Guillotine heal block but also reverses heal into damage ;)

    Civil warrior
    Civil warrior has beat heal block in my opinion, vision has a little bit weaker heal block but he also has power drain, which can be very useful if your opponent looks like he’s saving up for his/her 3* move

    Yondu or pun 2099 especially 2099 has auto heal block as long as you have battery

    Don't have Punisher 2099, but Yondu is definitely amazing. That s1 and consistent bleed he inflicts will help you a lot.

    Civil Warrior has power drain too and if duped has nice block proficiency. However, Yondu or AA would be best to fight against him with.

    Only downside is if civil warrior is facing an immune to stun enemy unlesd you can bait them and get your heavy in you will have a hard time heal blocking.
