Can we get rid of this? It's a terrible, no good, bad idea.
Most people can't really use 3* effectively in the 3*/4* arena. You can't effectively use anything below a 4* in the catalyst arenas.
For intermediate and advanced players, it makes 1*, 2*, and 3* champs irrelevant once they get a half dozen 4*.
For new players, it makes the game too easy because you give them a 4* practically right out of the gate which means they will run rampant on all content up to Act 3.
