I’ve got 4* hulk 4/40, 4* Spidey OG 4/40, and a 5* rulk still sitting at 1/1, all unduped. with the new changes to rulk in mind is it worth ranking my 5* rulk with my t4cc’s or sticking with one of my four stars?
