Myself and some other players recently started a brand new alliance and naturally have to start AW all over again from tier 20. The problem we are having is that our alliance rating must be to high for our current tier and is preventing us from finding war matches. When we do manage to find a match it is hours and hours later after we started match making and at a time we wouldn't normally even be online playing, but we over come. But when that match does finally end it is to late to even start match making again.
But the biggest problem is of course not finding matches. This is a major flaw that can prevent new alliances from moving up through the tiers. Please look into this.
