**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

Hulk Rag and BW unique synergy... surely it isn't the way I'm interpreting it. So, someone help me out here... what am I missing?

    Its 100% increased chance to the current 3% chance. So it's 6% chance

    Haha I interpreted same way as @nameplas, i.e.

    I think it is as 3% x (1+100%) = 3% x (1+1) = 3% x 2 = 6%
    and not as 3% + 100% = 103%

    But honestly deep down, I prefer 103% though, then my BW can be great once again, hehe!

    No worry, sometimes Maths and English don't mingle well. We all sometimes get our numbers mixed up once awhile, haha. Cheers!!!!

    We all know BW's evade isn't 3% more like 30%. and when she uses her specials and gains those crit buffs then it goes up to 60% just she can punish you XD
