AQ rewards [Under Investigation]

So I missed out on AQ rewards last week due to an alliance merger. We waited for rewards but then just said screw it and left for our merger. And now again I still don’t have AQ rewards. Any timeframe on when those will come through?

Is anyone else having a problem with not receiving your AQ rank rewards again, this is just ridiculous 2 weeks in a row that the rewards are delayed

So it says what our alliance ranked but, we still haven’t gotten ranked rewards and Aq finished over 5 hours ago

This seems to be an on going problem with AQ rewards being delayed, this is the second week in a row that the rewards have been delayed and Kabam is still yet to respond to this problem

Spaming the forums wont get you anywhere. The Mods cant do anything. They can only relay messages. Game support is who you should be contacting.

Kabam acknowledge already that the issues of AQ rewards are an issue.

It still shouldn’t be happening every week, and having alliances wait 7 hours(and counting) after Aq ends for them to receive their rewards
