Ridiculous Donations mechanics

Ok. Why are donations so awkward to add to the treasury? You have a - and + and you have to hold it down so it slowly picks up speed then goes from 0-60 in 7 seconds?
Can you add minuses at the bottom and pluses at the top for every 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10k and 100k?
Or just add a box where we click inside and bring up the keyboard to type in the amount we want. Similar to the in-game chat.
It's stupid how we have to keep going back on ourselves everytime it shoots off too far or doesn't shoot enough.
From all the times I've practiced, I find it nearly impossible to stop at the desired number.
Save us wasted time on putting the correct amount in and give us some buttons which can easily input the right amount.
