In my defence, Archangel has an ability to reduce Ability Accuracy and it means both Defensive and Offensive Ability Accuracy.
So if it's written "degen per opponent Buff per second", it should've means both active and passive buff.
What do you guys have to say about this issue? Is it a bug or not? @Kabam Miike

    Passive isn't a buff.. It's an passive regeneration and called passive ability. Not buff. So mordo, magic, morninstar who deals lots of damage per buff won't work against saberthooth. But still he gots fury buff and resistance from node, which will work.

    One more champ that will be annoying as a defender in war because Kabam can't get modifiers for active and passive buffs correct.

    There's no such thing as a "Passive buff". If it's passive it's not a buff. But it seems like Kabam is switching from active buffs to passive abilities lately in their character design.

    It’s not a buff, it’s a passive effect (aura of incineration, reflective armor, etc. )
