War bug tier 5 but getting tier 6 multiplier [Under Investigation]

We are in tier 5 with tier 5 nodes but are getting tier 6 multiplier that’s a lot of points lost late in the season mymnz92ywme0.png

    We are having similar issue - playing tier 9 but getting only tier 10 multiplier
