Looking for 3 very skilled players with prestige over 5000

We're a 12 mil alliance currently running 5x5 and scoring over 105mil.
To fit in, you'll obviously need the prestige, a strong aw defence, offence, and aq team, will be a team player, good communicator, uncollected, completed Act 5 and active. For war defence you'll need a good selection of champs at min r5 4* or r3 5* level as we aim for high diversity)
Ideally, looking for one US based player, and two East Europe / Asia based players due to timezones of the battlegrounds you'll join.
We're all adults and don't expect everyone to be online every hour of every day, but to do AQ 5x5 and especially map 6, you do need to be online very often to clear nodes.
Our war rating is lower than normal at the moment due to some low skilled players who joined recently and will be leaving after season rewards are out.
For AW we're in Gold 2 bracket. We're well organised, and a friendly bunch.
