This happened in arena. I was using classic cap. I thought fatigue was supposed to stop all evades. I know it stops mordo. Thought it was supposed to stop ultron also.

    Nop it only stop mordo astral evade and no all evade in game

    Normally Fatigue is supposed to Lower Critical Hit Rate, right?
    But Mordo is a little diff, bcos if he is under the influence of a Concussion or Fatigue debuff, ability does not trigger.

    Mordo ability specifically states that it won't work if under a fatigue or concussion debuff.
    It doesn't work on Ultron since he doesn't have that ability
