AQ Glory Store Showed and Charged me different values, support keeps closing ticket

It was a well known issue that the glory store was not functioning correctly when the last cycle started. The Generic support response is wrong for my case. Supports general response states that all purchase items are / were correct. In my case the glory store showed T2A purchase for 990 glory and I was then charged 1992+ glory or an extra1002 glory! Support keeps closing my issue without resolution. I just want the error on your part to be fixed.
