Map 5 Dormamu blocking specials at the end of combos

Noticed today that the Dormamu Boss in Act 5 was blocking Hulk's sp1 and Medusa's sp2 every time I through them at the end of a MLLLM combo. This isn't supposed to happen, right? These blocked special, combined with ridiculous lag are really artificially increasing the difficulty of this boss...

    The blocked specials are likely BECAUSE of the lag... not sure why but seems like ever since they pushed this recent update for peak milestones, the game controls/overall playability has gone in the bin. Seems like we can’t get a game that’s even marginally playable for more than a few days at a time anymore.
