Some champion's SP recovery time is insane

From the beginning of the game if you had blocked/parried an special attack, it was pretty safe to go and dash at the enemy. However nowadays I find myself getting intercepted all the time after an SP (even though I am spam swiping to the right) by the AI especially with champs such as Iron Patriot and War Machine where their SP1 is a continuous firing gun or a projectile. This is rather annoying since if your SP is blocked by the AI you are pretty much dead a lot of the time since the AI can just dash in while you cannot intercept/block in time.
