Does blade bypass those stupid 50% less attack node in 5.3?

Even having him myself, the one thing (only thing really..) I liked about 5.3 was the need to think ahead a little and bring appropriate champs for the path you would take.
Having said that, any champ can do well. Just the disadvantage will make fights tediously long...
