Psylocke's ability doesn't work against immunity nodes

Just used Pyslocke against an immune AV in AQ map 5. drained all his power but he still kept getting power.
As far as I know, her power drain doesn't count as a status effect as no message saying "IMMUNE" pops up after the power drain, and her ability to not give power while attack is also not a status effect to which there can be immunity to.
