Yeah as others have said without the Blade synergy GR's SP2 only has an 80% chance to activate power drain... so most of the time is will work but every so often it will fail. If you ever get Blade the synergy makes it over 100%... but until then it will fail every so often.

Trials of the Infinite has to be the very best event so far. Absolutely love it. If I had to guess he is at a level in the game where he has expiring T4CC and T4B a lot of the time so even lower tier champs get to rank 3 sometimes for arena as to not waste the cats. Just a guess but I would wager that is why. But yeah not sure why anyone would grind arena for HB.
