It seems like what confused them in the email is you calling it a rank up gem initially, which is different then a tier 5 catalyst. Try resubmitting your ticket with the right terminology so they know what they’re looking for when they check your account

You can get t4 class fragments from the glory store too. 3,600 of a random class everyday is offered for 150 glory, and then there’s also the greater glory crystals which give out 7,200 class fragments. What’s the point, knowing kabam if they ever update the solo crystals it’ll be behind a paywall. 14.99 a month or something for updated crystals/solo events is probably already on it’s way. If it’s something the players have been asking for for awhile then you can guarantee it’ll be coming with a shiny price tag on it.

I definitely hope this could be made a permanent thing, or at least something similar. Besides opening arena crystals gold is so scarce compared to how much you need when you get up to higher levels, having something once a month where we can grind to build up a nice amount until next time would be awesome

Shards, Fragments and Catalysts. If they at least included some t2a, a t4 basic cat, and a t4 class catalyst crystal or even just fragment crystals then these rewards wouldn’t be so disappointing.

How? My alliance was silver one last season and would most likely have been gold 3 this season.
