Spidey99 has a 25% chance on light and medium attacks to place a rupture on the opponent. This ability goes to 100% when hitting the block of an opponent with a wither debuff active. He doesn’t apply ruptures when hitting the block unless the opponent has a wither.

@Zan0 @Yodabolt21 that still doesn’t account for 21 debuffs with full despair mastery. I know it’s not his own regen. Willpower can still be reversed, that’s why warlock works against willpower. Does no one remember when we got those 2 or 3 fairly large compensation packages along with resources for AW and AQ weekly or maybe monthly? Well nothing was actually fixed but they just stopped paying those out.

The idea of relics are great but exactly how OP said it, how would/could/should I rank up relics when gold is such a valuable resource towards 6* champs. With no extra ways to harvest gold or increase in gold crystal values I definitely won’t be ranking up relics any time soon.

What’s the problem tho? Just because in game is doesn’t say max stacks: 2? Most if not all champs with debuffs, prowess, etc, can’t stack past 99 unless stated otherwise. The debuff only last 20 seconds, does it really matter if it can stack more than twice? I don’t think that’s very realistic to get off 3 sp3’s in under 20 seconds. And what do you mean spam heavies and sp1 and it’s the same?

The update was for Wiccans heavy attack spells, it never had anything to do with his neutralize when being used on attack.

Still no update on this after almost a month of this bug. Parry, dex, and special intercept trigger her auto block. I died to havok last BG season because of this. As long as the opponent throws a dash attack it triggers the auto block. Terrible for fighting havok now.

Not only is the neutralize only 5 seconds but sometimes in the middle of the fight his dash back ability will not even trigger so you’re stuck with negative physical resistance.
