How do you obtain more than one of the greater platinum hexabadge and greater hexabadge. once 30 points are reached, in both events, you only get one of each? so then what’s the point of the other items in store that require more than one? There is no more progression after 30 points… in each event.

I play on the iphone x and have tried to get Kabam to help me switch my acct to the 13 pro i have, i do believe it will be a major difference. Biggest difference between apple and samsung is ram memory capacity. If that makes a difference in game play, Galaxy is better.

Definitely rank up resources, but more like Map 7 actually providing t-5 basic fragments. I have opened, i can’t even say, hundreds without one t-5 basic frag. Might as well be Map 5 or 6. $29.99 for 18,000 T-5 Basic frags :( cmon kabam.

I am uncollected and using iphone 13 pro and have not seen anything since the update. my son uses iphone 13, whatever it’s called after completing chapter 3, showed up for his, but disappeared and has not returned. Both running ios 15.2. Both have enough shards to open at least one crystal.

That’s exactly what mine looks like, i have 6,000 and can’t even open the crystal cause the crystal is not even there. only way i can see the qty of shards is pressing on the box when it’s blacked out. Weak. Since the update, it’s been like that. What’s up Kabam??

Since the new update, i see x-men and mutant and it also shows i have 3500 of the shards, yet i do not have the crystals, and in rank rewards the shards box is black, nothing shows. Aside the glitches, this new event stinks. can’t see the shards, can’t see the crystal, ran through uncollected for nothing.

i did all 22 master rifts, all random (which we of course know there is no such thing) and of all random it was always either the 18000 t4 shards (basic), the sig stone x5 or the 2000 4* shards. never once any other rewards. total waste of time and energy. game energy and mine.

even in the current red rifts, master mode, all 22 random (which i know there is no such thing) never once did i either receive the awakening gem or the crystal (the green one) it was always either the 18000 t4 shards, the 2000 4* shards or the sig stone x5 (which compared to the other rewards, is a joke).

@"Kabam Miike" , you state "shortly after the September 18th expiration" true ? about receiving iso and gold attached to an in game message. Yet its about an 1.5 hr away from being Sept 20th. No gold, no iso, and no in game message? What does shortly mean? time wise.

Wonder how long it will take Kabam to correct this. In the past when Rank down tickets were given, Gold was included as was the ISO. Sole purpose of ranking down is to receive all resources used.

5 and 6*'s are the wave of the future as far as Kabam is concerned. Yes cyber offered, but not enough unless one had acquired some 6* shards, which of course if UC, there would not be a need to be a whale.
