In arena: intergalactic ambassador?

One of my 5 star characters is not refreshing for the arena and just shows a different red symbol in the upper left corner. If I click on it, it shows "In Arena: Intergalactic Ambassador" but it has not refreshed for the last couple days. How do I refresh this champion (picture below)?
