This is nonsense. It’s surely no more boring than constantly seeing the same meta champs in battlegrounds every contest. If anything it’s surely a positive thing if players are having to make decisions about ranking up a meta champ because they kill everything and another who isn’t a high tier champ but does have high prestige.

CGR, Human Torch, Thing are all champs that come up regularly in BG decks that are nowhere near the top 50% for prestige let alone the top 30.

If anything it’ll lead to more diversity of champs not less.

The gap between massive accounts and everyone else apparently needs to be permanently wider per Kabam. The baseline, tier 1 rewards should have been comparable to current valiant EQ…. nerfing rewards for a bunch of summoners in the new format is a giant L. But tone deaf is the name of the game of late, they simply don’t consider nor care how their decisions play out.

Or Kabam could just pay Cat directly for her graphics since they're such a huge contribution and far better communicate ideas than Kabam themselves.

You don t just put the code, you have to spend to make the use of, in favor of your favorite youtuber. Paying him for his entertainment services, if any, through kabam.

Did you stop to consider that previous iterations of valiant eq were test runs? I doubt it.

This is the same "why are paragon getting access to the valiant gauntlet" argument just with a different coat of paint.

People of the valiant tier believed that paragons should not have been receiving the same rewards as them. Which was pretty much a unanimously valid take.

But now that that same logic is being applied to valiants it is wrong.

Like crashed said its a new world and all valiants are not considered equal anymore.

Only instead of releasing a new progression tier they're tying it to prestige now to have a better shot at keeping people separated where they actually belong. Which again, is something that was pretty much unanimously agreed to be a good thing amongst valiants for the past year or so.
