Game mode does not alter the game. Kabam couldn't care less about whether or not your phone blocks app notifications when you're playing mcoc.

The unjust ban situation
So a lot of players accounts were unfairly banned, i could say that cause mine was too, I have never ever used any illegal software, neither used any third party site to download the game..the worst part of it is we can't even prove our innocence, I'm ready to provide even the screen recordings on my device to prove that I'm not using any mods ..the support system of the game is so pathetic, it just purely shows the incompetence of the game team..I'll also like to adress everyone those who are commenting that you might have cheated, no we have not, I've been playing this game from 7 years and I know what not to do..just because it hasn't happened earlier, dosen't mean it won't happen, no one understands it until it happens to themselves..maybe it didn't effect you, but it is effecting the community in the long run..I am against the cheaters , i know the exhaustion of facing the cheaters, and I'm fine if you mistakenly banned the account, but atleast improve the support system and provide the chance to prove our innocence..I'm beyond disappointed with the team right now

In reality, I am questioning the reason for my 7-day ban, when my device runs an Android operating system and has only downloaded updates from the Play Store since 2020. The responses from technical support leave much to be desired, repeating what is in this post. I hope they clarify the reasons, and since I have nothing to fear, this is why I am contesting the unjust sanction. But if I will definitely experience these 'problems' again every so often, as seen in other games when implementing anti-cheats (which are never 100% error-proof), I prefer not to waste my time and abandon the game.

No, I don’t think that.
I think they found this “new cool thing” that could potentially do a better job of detecting users that should be banned, didn’t test it properly, and then rolled it out on a Friday when their support team isn’t available on weekends.

My account was suspended yesterday for some BS 3rd party software violation. I have never installed from anywhere other than the Play store on my S23. Always been official. I mainly just do AQ in a retirement alliance. I'm not trying to do anything shifty. If they don't get this resolved I'm just going to delete the game. Been playing for 8 years and just stayed uncollected for years until they did the champ giveaways recently. So I decided to up one level, I think paragon. I don't care about 7 stars. I haven't been trying to finish any solo content. I'm basically on coast, and then get suspended for 7 days. No warning. Didn't do anything wrong. I got stuff expiring, missing daily rewards, and as a key contributor in AQ for my alliance it's not only affecting me, but their AQ rewards, too. Glad I never spent a bunch of money, just spent too much time. 😞

So I guess this explains why I got banned for playing on the PC launcher thats donwloaded from the official site. And as someone claimed around here, knowing that you can be legit and still get banned out of nowhere is kind of a bummer and makes me not want to play. Already lost a day worth of gaming and if the ban sticks, I will lose a whole week. For playing in an official version. Hope that at least in the future they take proper caution when doing something as big as a change in the anticheat without hitting the innocent people.

Hi ,sorry about my English... I've started playing mcoc for a long time since December 2014.That was during my college studies where we found this game randomly in playstore and lot of my friends started playing also.I remember my first time grinded the arena and got my first 3 star rhino .It's very fun to play along with friends at that time.Days passed new friends started playing and my old friends stopped playing...but I didn't stop.After 1 or 2 years I lost my account to my alliance mate (I even gave my email id also) because I was not available for sometime so I told him to manage few days but he changed my emails passwords and everything I lost my account...I was so devastated and heartbroken... I'm unable to recover my account so I created new account and started playing...after few years I jus randomly looking my gallery I saw a photo that had the kabam ids and password...I was so excited and happy to see that I immediately logged in and everything In my old account was there....I can't believe that moment happend....even that is the time when my girl brokeup with me I was already in pain...but when I got my old account back I was like I'm in heaven ..it really helped me to go through my pain and ups downs everything.
After few months my phone broken I was so invested in playing and I don't have any other sources to play..I was so determined to play moco.i installed BlueStacks emulator to use my mobile apps like Facebook,emails and everything and I installed mcoc also...I didn't even used mod or cheats in it .it just a emulator I didn't know that is illegal so I got banned for that 30 days .that's how I get to know that I already banned before that was during the time I lost my account.
After the studies I got a job and I'm actually a software developer and got to know Abt the 3rd party software so after that ban I'm so aware that if I do any slight mistake that would make me ban permanently.from that moment I never ever used any emulators or nothing that will change the game working flow .For more than 4 years there were no incident and nothing happened to me till now.
I'm not even completed any Everest content like necropolis or I'm not even explored the labyrinth of legends...I'm not a hardcore gamer and I'm a free to player only..but I've been loyal to mcoc playing for almost 9 years .I did my mistakes in past and I paid for that but even playing genuinely after those incidents I got banned Yesterday...
This is my permanent ban for me. I'm really sad and feel worried I feel like part of me left that even during my hard times .mcoc helped me alot and forget my sad times.I hope I really need my account back . Atleast jus check my game account history and activities for the past years.. I didn't use any 3rd party or mods or nothing.
