Alliance Wars: Compensating Alliances that lost to cheating/piloting Alliances

I am part of a Platinum 3/Tier 3 alliance. We play fair and do not cheat/pilot in AW. This season we have lost 4 wars total. 3 out of 4 of these alliances have been docked due to cheating/piloting (the 4th is under investigation for possible modding). The issue is that these cheaters get docked and then still cheat their way back to the top. There is no compensation in season points if you lose to these cheaters. We would probably be in Platinum 2/Tier 2 if we had not lost to these guys. I feel that Alliances that lost to cheaters/modders should be compensated in season points for those wars that were lost to cheaters. I also feel that if an alliance is caught cheating in AW, they should be banned for the rest of the season, maybe then it would be taken seriously.

No guarantee we would have lost either but still stuck with loser rewards and a giant waste of time 🤷🏻♂️
Any alliance that cheated should have their match be a forfeit. The other team automatically gets a win.
This is how it is done everywhere else, except this game.
The reasoning Kabam don't do this makes 0 sense, and having minimal "punishments" is the cause of this keep going on. They know exactly who is doing what, they should perma-ban them, no excuses.
Even when docked and having 1-2 players under suspension they will most likely still beat up on their new tier punishing the noncheating alliances.
Most of the top alliances (master) hit with penalties in round one regained their position in 2 wars...quite the punishment for them.
A new system needs to be implemented as this one is quite broken.
The fact that they resorted to cheating means they know they wouldn't win otherwise
