Synergy between Domino / Rulk not working for Rulk

So today I decided to run 5* R3 Domino / Rulk & a 4* GR in AQ. Well I mostly use Rulk for a lot of the fights because of the bleed from Domino not haveing an effect on Sentinels. Using Rulk so much I need his healing factor to come into play sometimes and his synergy makes him only need 1 heat charge and gets 18% more health with the synergy. Instead it decides to take my heat charges with no healing effect what so ever. Just curious as to if anyone else has ran into this problem or if it's a new screw up due to this last update because it used to work.

    Nope.. Was fighting a Mutant Sentinel near MS on map 5 of AQ and also UC on the right side what used to be known as debuff immune node
