I jus got Sabertooth as my first 6*, tonight, and I’m wondering if his special 3 stuns. I know the information doesn’t say it does but I feel like it’s really vague.

    Sabretooth's Special 3 doesn't Stun, but it will activate a strong Fury buff. If you can finish the fight with his Special 3, he can carry that Fury over to his next fight as a permanent Passive Fury Effect

    This only works with sp3, correct?

    I.e.
    If you end a fight with an unconverted buff, it will not carry over as a permanent one.

    No, he carries all furys (passive or active). Doesn't matter if they have been converted or not.
