    Sw requires high sig lvl if you don't have stones you should wait for magik or voodoo

    Among your options, SW with high sig or morningstar. If you don't have a duped voodoo though, voodoo first

    Scarlet witch but you need to feed her Sig stones like candy to get the full effect and trust me, you want the full effect. She's far and away my most useful 4 star.
