Medusa Signature Stones

My 4* Medusa currently at sig lvl 28 w/ 39.12% chance to auto block. Have 45 generic sigs stones wondering if I should hold out and wait for Blade (Have a 4* Generic awakening gem) or just use it on Medusa?
