Challenge/Invite another alliance to a war during off season for no Rewards

Since we have the technology to invite players to dungeons why not have alliances able to invite another to a war, this would only be during the off season. I would suggest there be no rewards for these wars will make for some interesting battles with nothing on the line but pride & to avoid people manipulating the system.

Would make for some fun Youtube videos I'm sure.

    theres a lots of pride at the top and the required effort to code it may not be much considering its already in the game in another mode. Taking the rewards out of it makes it a fun go to for top alliances would be awesome to rematch that alliance you lost to clutch or even tied during seasons. Most dont take the off season to seriously anyway would be a fun feature in the down time.
