Falcon could see an effective, but simple, improvement if he caused a critical bleed (or had a chance to stack a critical bleed on a bleeding target) after sp1 if locked on, and gained a 10 second True Strike after sp2 if locked on.
His locked on ability would be a little more versatile, and it would make sense. The critical bleed/true strike potential would give him more damage output, and he wouldn’t be ineffective while waiting for his recon cool down to end. His aar is nice, but there’s such a long cool down for a short benefit.
