What level do you get 3 t3 class cats/5t1 alphas

Currently I have an alt who is level 28, have a couple of 5* but can't rank 2 any of them as although I have the catalysts I can't use them to upgrade them as I am limited to 2 t3 class catalysts and 4 t1 alphas, what level does the amount I have have increase?

At level 30 you should have enough space to store 3 T3 class cats and 7 T1 alphas. The below link will give you an idea of what stash space you get as you level up, it's in Russian but its accurate.

Thank you, nearly at lvl 29 so shouldn't be to far from lvl 30 with a few boosts

if you pop an XP Boost, story mode gives more XP then the monthly event quests..
