Regarding "Dungeons Return Oct 22 - Nov 5th"

I would like to know how do you tackle the problem of afkers and leavers in Dungeons, eg I have all the milestones to hit while the other guy just left one last milestone and he/she immediately hit leave room after just one round. I would have wasted my time and my roster.

And also afkers should be punished to prevent recurrence, while the other person affected should be able to find and rematch with another partner of the same milestone, without affecting roster or reset the dungeon room.
