**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

Purchases no longer available

So when I try to go to the unit store, I just get:
"Purchase no longer available. Please contact support."
I have contacted Kabam support 4 times now and they are giving me the same answer every time:
"Try to purchase the Units or package again using a device you have recently had success with making purchases in The Contest."
Now, tell me how, if I'm contacting them to tell them I can't get to the store on any device, does it make sense to tell me to use a device that I recently had success with making purchases on... I haven't had success! That's why I'm contacting you! WTF?!
Can I get a mod/dev to help me out here???

    Oh, and as soon as I get their answer, they close the ticket, so I have to start a new one!
