Loki:99 signature ability illusion:loki has a 100 percent chance to miss the opponent sp attack this ability can only trigger 10 times in a fight
Sp 1 able to add a curse and able to have 100 percent chance to reset the curse
Sp 2 100 percent chance to add 2 stacks of cold snap and one stack of frosbite
Sp 3 able to stack up to 3 curse and able to bleed the opponent
Critical hits able to have 55 percent chance to bleed the opponent from the scepter
Sp 3: loki duplicate himself to attack his opponent then loki finish his opponent with 3 stab from scepter and 1 finale dark energy blow
Curse debuff and bleed debuff is able to stack
Attacking also has a 40 percent chance to activate fury and cruelty
Loki is also able to gain 20% power every 6 seconds

Loki is far from the to be buffed list there’s many more champs in dire need of a buff

the only thing that should be changed for Loki from what he is atm is sp2 dmg cap at 100k regardless his stats, so that 4* r1 is the same as 6* r2 - that's totally wrong
