Recoup enhancement not working properly in symbiote difficulty

I used the recoup enhancement for my symbioid in fights against void and cable. I let void get one of his debuffs on me in hopes of recovering some health but lost health instead even tho the enhancement was active. In the next chapter I hit cable and put a bleed on him, which caused his degen to hit me. Even with recoup active, I lost health and lost the fight. Please correct this as it appears the enhancement may be bugged.

Void have posion which reduce healing. Just try to avoid he's hitting he's block's. As for cable recoup worked fine with me. Maybe your's expired before u enter the fight happened to me before lol

Void’s intimidating presence debuffs come with an additional passive degen for each unique debuff he has on the opponent
If he had his degen from his L2 dark sting active, recoup would work, but since that is not the case, it will not work
Recoup only works against damage over time debuffs, not any debuff that may come with damage due to a champion’s abilities

Void's debuffs are not damage over time debuffs.

Recoup works fine against Cable, I just tested it.
