Node 35 powershield not working

I've been noticing recently in war tier 4/5 that node 35 seems to be bugged. Where my specials are not gaining the 400% damage.
Just now using a r5/65 magik vs a 6* r1/25 Cable. It took 3 special 2s with only the limbo damage and 1 of the 6 hits appearing to gain the boost in attack.
Recorded a video but cant seem to add it here. Not sure how to or how I'd change the formar of it to do so

The node also has increased armor, 90% iirc, this means it will reduce damage by 90%. You need either true strike, armor break (to remove the buff), or critical hits to bypass the armor. I would bet that if you rewatch your video you would find that you were unlucky with your specials and did not crit 5 out of the 6 times.
